This is the 1st blog post for the GMJ website!

I’m writing an intro to a letter from one of the most instrumental people in the contemporary Pilates world, the apparatus builder. Ken Endelman.

He is responsible for Balanced Body  apparatus. He graciously answered my email request for how to make adjustments on his apparatus in order to have it work more classically. He is also open to answering your questions on accomplishing those very goals. He’s a super nice guy, I’ve met him several times, and he wasn’t offended by my question at all, as a matter fact he was very forthcoming and willing to help.
